Infant and baby skin is uniquely dry, reactive, and highly delicate. The hydrolipidic film, the skin's protective shield, is not yet fully formed, making the skin particularly sensitive and vulnerable. It is more permeable than adult skin, meaning it dries out easily and reacts strongly to irritants.
The mild formula of our Cleansing Gel respects and soothes babies' fragile skin. It contains gentle surfactants for delicate, non-stripping cleansing.
It protects baby's immature skin flora thanks to organic plant-based glycerin, olive oil, and allantoin, which soothe and replenish lipids to strengthen the hydrolipidic film. The skin barrier fully recovers its protective role to shield the epidermis from external aggressions.
