Our customer service will indicate the steps to follow depending on the status of your order.
2. You wish to modify your delivery address for a future order
To modify your delivery information, you can log in to your customer account under the section "my addresses".

Promo codes and current offerts
Unfortunately, once your order is validated and paid for, we can no longer apply the promo code. You will be able to use it for a future order, depending on the validity of the offer.

Shipping information
Standard delivery orders are delivered within 3 to 4 business days in metropolitan France.
Express delivery guarantees next-day delivery if the order is placed before 12pm from Monday to Friday.
For international delivery, orders are approximately delivered within 4–5 business days.
Delivery is free in France, from €25 purchase. You can choose to have your order delivered directly to your home or to a pick-up point.
For orders under €25, delivery costs are calculated before payment of your order according to the choice of your carrier and shipping method.
International delivery costs depend on the destination country of your order. They will be calculated at the time the order is placed, just before payment.
Return and Refund
You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Contact our customer service at the address sav@larosee-cosmetiques.com and provide your order number.
Our customer service will indicate the steps to follow.
Once the return request is validated and our logistic team receives the product(s) intact and unused, we will proceed with the refund on the card used for payment.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Creating a La Rosée account allows you to access your personal information, order history and tracking details.
During the login process, click on « Forgot password? »to receive an email within minutes that will allow you to set a new password.

Payment and invoice
Our website accepts credit cards (VISA, Mastercard and Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Lydia.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
If you wish to use a gift card, promo code or credit note, simply enter it at the time of the payment "Gift card or promo code" box provided for that purpose.

For eco-responsibility reasons, we do not send paper invoices.

Products
Our products have been designed for all skin types, even the most sensitive. Our range is gender-neutral. Our formulas are also suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Our Mon Petit La Rosée range can be used from birth.

The expiration date of our unopened products is 3 years. After opening, the period of use is indicated by a graphic symbol (PAO) on the packaging.
To test our products, you can go to one of our partner pharmacies. Find the nearest one to you by [clicking here] (/pharmacy-locator).
A member of the pharmacy team will tell you about our range and let you try our products so you can get an idea of the textures and irresistible scents!
We provide samples sparingly out of eco-responsibility but if your pharmacy has some, they will be happy to give you some: do not hesitate to ask!
