The Ecological Transition

Our Manifesto
At La Rosée, our mission is to care for every skin type. We reinvent everyday essentials — from skincare to baby care.
We want them to be simple, effective, and committed without ever compromising on the sensory experience. We believe that healthy skin starts with simple routines, expert formulas, and a deep respect for living beings and the planet.
Our root in pharmacies and our French manufacturing are guarantees of quality and trust.
Since day one, eco-responsibility has been at the heart of every decision we make — making us pioneers.
We didn't want to stop there.
Aware of planetary boundaries, we've chosen to go further. Because one thing is clear: reducing our impact is no longer enough. We fully understand our responsibility as a company, as human beings, and the need to shift our perspective.
La Rosée is a driving force. Transformation must be collective. We aim to influence our partners by challenging their standards, and to inspire our customers to adopt new habits. Together, by transforming our industry, we can turn this vision into reality: giving back more to the planet than we take from it.
This vision requires boldness. We will continue to innovate, educate, connect, perform, rethink, improve, share, and bring others along — while staying true to who we are. We are committed to doing so with sincerity and authenticity, always. In the face of such an ambitious promise, we move forward with optimism and determination. Our dream is to become a catalyst for transformation within the cosmetics industry. We are unstoppable.
Ecological transition at the heart of every decision
Since our creation in 2015, we have chosen to act for a more responsible, more essential, and more conscious approach to cosmetics. Natural, safe formulas, eco-designed packaging, short supply chains, and full transparency: every decision has been guided by a strong commitment to reducing our impact — without ever compromising on effectiveness or the sensory experience. But today, reducing is no longer enough.
In the face of exceeded planetary limits and accelerating climate change, we have chosen to go further: to actively participate in the ecological transition, to support regenerative models, and to bring our teams, customers, partners, and wider ecosystem along with us.
2024 marks a key milestone for La Rosée. We achieved B Corp certification, recognizing our overall impact-driven approach as a company. We also embarked on an ambitious roadmap with the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC), to fundamentally rethink our business model.
At the same time, we continue to experiment with new consumption models, including bulk sales in pharmacies, deposit return systems, and the rollout of refillable products.

B corp certification
La Rosée is B Corp certified— a distinction awarded to companies that meet high standards of social and environmental impact.
From sourcing our raw materials to our production sites in France, from our logistics partners to our communication campaigns and internal organization, our entire value chain has been thoroughly audited to earn this demanding certification.
- This certification is the result of ten years of genuine commitment:
- To a company where people are at the heart of every decision
- To more responsible production, in close collaboration with our partners
- To products that combine high standards, effectiveness, and environmental awareness
- To building lasting trust with our customers
- And to a journey driven every day by the energy of our teams
B Corp is not a destination — it's a compass. A valuable tool to assess our actions while staying focused on our true ambition: to keep progressing and exploring new paths forward.
The Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC)
In 2024, we took part in the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat (CEC) — a highly demanding collective program bringing together leaders committed to driving the ecological transition.
Step by step, we built an ambitious roadmap to evolve both our products and our business model. While CSR has always been central to our strategy, we are now moving toward a regenerative business model — one that actively works to restore and repair natural ecosystems.
In 2025, we chose to publicly share our environmental commitments on the CEC platform. To succeed, we are mobilizing all our teams, partner pharmacies, suppliers — and you, our readers. We now have a clear vision of what La Rosée will look like in 10 years: an impact-driven cosmetics company that designs regenerative products, brings its entire ecosystem into reducing its footprint, and places collaboration at the core of its model.
Here are our key commitments
